You will receive a proposal from us that contains your specifications and wishes for your canyoning tour. If everything fits, you confirm the offer with your signature. If you have any further wishes or need a little less, we will adjust the offer again.
After your booking you will receive a booking confirmation from us and all further information about your canyoning tour and the other outdoor tours you have booked. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. With the confirmation of your booking, it becomes binding and we begin to plan and prepare your canyoning experience and to reserve the right canyoning guides for you.
One day before the planned date, we will agree on the specific meeting point and start time with you and will be happy to clarify any final questions. This happens at such short notice because our specific daily planning always takes local conditions (e.g. water level and weather) into account and these parameters can only be sensibly viewed and evaluated at short notice.
